GRAKKAD TECH

TECHNOLOGY THAT CONNECTS THE MODEL, THE TEAM AND THE SITE

Your construction project, connected.Better-informed decisions.

Grakkad Tech connects BIM, quantity takeoffs, procurement, personnel, quality and site management. Specialized applications link project information in implemented workflows, helping teams reduce repeated entry and retain the context behind decisions.

Seven applications. Information with continuity.

Start with the tools your project needs. Link workflows as your team is ready, preserving each application’s responsibilities and the source of the information.

Isometrica

Isometrica brings IFC models, BIM coordination and linked project references into a web environment. Teams can review disciplines, information requirements and related records, using the element as a shared point of reference.

Mosaico

Mosaico connects finish quantity takeoffs with visual design decisions. Teams work with BIM rooms or PDF drawings, organize materials and pass requirements to procurement without recreating all the information.

Explore Mosaico ↗

Cantera

Cantera connects requests, quotations, deliveries and invoices so your team can follow each purchase. Takeoff and model information reaches procurement; received materials continue their journey into quality control.

Explore Cantera ↗

Vigía

Vigía brings together schedules, progress, progress claims, finance and inventory to support site management. Team records and model references help explain the current state of the project.

Explore Vigía ↗

Portico

Portico supports attendance recording and the organization of site personnel information. Its recording options and connection with Vigía maintain continuity between arrivals and daily staffing.

Explore Portico ↗

Cúspide

Cúspide connects inspections, nonconformities and material review with project references. The BIM model helps locate linked records and return to the element to understand what needs review.

Vitrina

Vitrina is Grakkad Tech’s private portal for presenting deliverables and reviewing work with clients. Each company organizes its projects and publishes versions with images, documents and visual content, retaining the context of comments and decisions.

THE VALUE OF CONNECTIONS

A shared project context, from model to delivery.

A project reference brings related records together. BIM element identifiers preserve model context where available. Each application retains its own data; connections let teams consult information or generate records in the workflows implemented for linked projects.

  1. 01

    Model and takeoff

Isometrica supports IFC models, coordination through BCF and information requirements through IDS. Mosaico uses BIM rooms or calibrated PDFs to develop finish takeoffs.

  2. 02

    Site workflows

Cantera receives draft procurement requests. Receipts inform material review in Cúspide. Portico attendance contributes to daily staffing in Vigía.

  3. 03

    Client delivery

Vitrina presents versioned deliveries for invited clients, with its own access. It does not give clients access to internal site management records.

AKKAD, project information for your team.

The AI assistant supports queries about data, documents and events in linked projects across the six site applications. In Isometrica it also uses model context. Purchasing, approval and material release remain team decisions.

Cloudflare hosting. Access with clear responsibilities.

Companies work with separated information and role-based access. The six site applications share a Grakkad account; Vitrina keeps its own client access. Server-side connections keep service credentials out of the browser.

BUILT IN ARGENTINA · INTERNATIONAL REACH

Built in Argentina. Made for connected teams.

Grakkad Tech supports a connected way of managing construction for teams in Argentina, Latin America and international projects. The web environment brings office, site and collaborators together across locations. We review scope and implementation requirements with your company.

This website introduces the ecosystem in English. Application interfaces are primarily in Spanish. Discuss interface language, onboarding and implementation needs with us before choosing your plan.

Choose the scope your project needs.

Current plans are priced in Argentine pesos (ARS), per month. Discounts apply to advance payment of the complete period. Enterprise is quoted individually; international implementation conditions are reviewed with your team.

Questions before getting started.

Do we need a BIM model to use the ecosystem?

Isometrica uses IFC models for the digital twin. Management tools can be used without BIM, and Mosaico supports calibrated PDF drawings. Model links can be introduced when the project has the information available.

Do all applications share the same account?

The six site applications use a shared Grakkad account, with access and roles appropriate to each tool. Vitrina has its own access because it is also used by clients outside the internal project team.

Do connections approve purchases or quality checks automatically?

No. Connections retain project context and support defined workflows, such as creating a draft procurement request or a material record pending release. People remain responsible for review, purchasing and approval.

Can we start with a demonstration?

Yes. Bring a real project need to the conversation. We can review the relevant applications, the available workflows and the implementation scope before you choose a plan.
