Warranties that warn in time
Record the provider, term and contact. Expiring warranties appear in the daily view and, when a fault is reported, Umbral tells you if the equipment is still covered.
Maintenance with work orders
Define preventive plans and regulatory deadlines. The work order is created ahead of each date, with its checklist and the evidence from whoever carries it out.
Handover with a baseline
Measure how complete the records are and close handover with a baseline that cannot be edited: documents with their fingerprint, accepted gaps and who received the building.

Umbral takes what was built as the starting point for operations. Each asset can keep its model element identifier and the linked ecosystem project; every application continues to manage its own records.
