WORKFLOW GUIDE
From publication to client review
Presenting a project requires visual clarity and a shared reference for discussion. A published version lets comments refer to a specific delivery.
Prepare the draft
The team brings images, documents and visual content together in its company project. Pending information is prepared as a draft.
Publish a version
Vitrina creates an identifiable delivery to share with the invited client. Publishing changes what the client can review; saving a draft is not publishing.
Review in context
The client views the content and leaves comments, approvals or change requests according to their permissions. The team retains the conversation around the delivery.
Keep access appropriate
Vitrina has its own access for external clients. Its relationship with the ecosystem does not give clients access to internal records of the six site applications.
